To create a place of excellence where we submit to the will of God, serve in the spirit of God, and surpass by the power of God.
John 21: 17b And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

Our Mission
1. Provide the understanding of the purpose, process and product of salvation
Romans 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. KJV

2. Provide instruction on the steps to becoming a disciple
Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. KJV

Our Guiding Principles
In order to make sure that we stay on track, we have measures in place. As we are designing new programs or looking to implement new ministries; we have to be able to say these things about our decisions:
1. We have covered this decision in prayer.
2. This vision is empowered by God.
3. We have God’s approval and presence.
4. This communicates the uncompromising truth of Jesus and demonstrates
the love of Jesus to those in the community and those outside the faith.
5. This intentionally builds loving, caring relationships within families,
between members and within the community we all serve.
6. This allows us to reach out to others in the Body of Christ for collaboration,
resource sharing, learning opportunities and united celebrations of worship.
7. This provides training, models, and resources for members of all ages
to develop their daily spiritual disciplines as they can become Disciples
of Christ.
8. This will effectively and efficiently utilize appropriate facilities, 
equipment, resources and systems to provide maximum design, development and
support for the growth and enhancement of our ministries.
9. This will identify and develop individuals whom God has called and given
the gift of leadership.
10. This will teach the members that they are stewards of their God-given
resources and challenge them to sacrificial generosity in sharing with others.
11. This model can be duplicated in order to reach more for Christ.
12. This will bring us closer to God.
