WHO WE ARE

 

A God Send Ministries, Inc. was birthed out experiences, training and ultimately obedience to the call of God.  This is an online spiritual development and training ministry commissioned by God to feed His flock.  My prayer is that God is able to accomplish this through me using the teachings that are guided and directed by the Holy Spirit.  Those who take advantage of this ministry and who discipline their lives will be “a God send” to all they come in contact with.  If you are in search of additional information about building and sustaining your relationship with God, you are in the right place.

 

What is our vision?
To feed the flock of God and guide them as they seek a deeper and more meaningful relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, no matter where they are in the world.

 

What is our mission?
To serve as a counselor and guide to you as you seek the Lord by delivering:

• Sound wisdom and counsel through prayer
• Answers to your questions in real time
• A partner in your journey through the difficult times in your life
• Support to you as you endeavor to understand the world of God and how it impacts the decisions that you make everyday.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

 

1. We believe the Bible to be the only inerrant Word of God. It is our only ultimate and infallible authority for faith and practice.
   
   
2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is omnipotent, that is, He is all-powerful. He is omnipresent, that is, He is present throughout all Creation but not limited by it. He is omniscient, that is, nothing is hidden from His sight. In all things He is limited by nothing other than His own nature and character. We believe the God we serve is holy, righteous, good, severe, loving and full of mercy. He created the heavens and earth, and everything in them, in the space of six ordinary days, and all very good. He is the Creator, Sustainer, and Governor of everything that has been made.
   
   
3. We believe in the true deity and full humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.
   
   
4. We believe in the full deity of the Holy Spirit, acknowledging Him together with the Father and the Son in the works of creation and redemption.
   
   
5. We believe that because of Adam’s sin all mankind is in rebellion against God. For the salvation of such lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary.
   
   
6. We believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone, and that faith without works is dead.
   
   
7. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
   
   
8. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and lost; those who are saved to the resurrection of life, and those who are lost to the resurrection of damnation. We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
   
   
9. We believe that God is not a respecter of persons that He can call who He wants, when He wants, and how He wants.
   
   
10. We believe in the existence of Satan: who originally was created a spiritual being, one of the highest angelic creatures, but through pride and wicked ambition rebelled against God becoming utterly depraved in character. He is the great adversary of God and His people, leader of all other evil and wicked spirits; the deceiver, a liar, and God of this present world. His powers are vast, but strictly limited by the permissive will of God who overrules all his wicked devices for good. He was defeated and judged at the cross and Christ’s resurrection; therefore, his final doom is certain. We are able to resist and overcome him only in the armor of God, by the blood of the lamb, the word of God, and through the power of God's Holy Spirit.
    
    
11. We believe in the importance of the local church: that a new testament church is a local assembly of born again baptized believers united in organization to practice ordinances. All believers should unite for worship, praise, prayer, fellowship, teaching, service, and a unified testimony, and to actively engage in carrying out the great commission of our Lord and, Savior Jesus Christ.
    
    
12. We believe in the independence and the autonomy of the local church: that each church is freed to govern itself without ecclesiastical interference and should cooperate with other churches as the Holy Spirit leads. It is responsible to follow the pattern for the church outlined in the Bible.
